While we aim to fulfill and ship all orders within 24 hours, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (holidays not included). 

If you wish to make a change to your order, please email Darci@houseofhenry.co within 2 hours. Changes and cancellations may not be honored after this time period. If you need to cancel your order, you will be issued store credit as we do not issue refunds.

House of Henry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but fortunately we only use transit options that come with up to $100 of included insurance. For additional coverage, we recommend selecting additional shipment insurance through Route upon checkout.
