We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that at this time we do not offer refunds, only store credit.

Due to health and safety concerns, all teethers, pacifiers and accessories are final sale.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please include this information along with photos in your initial return email.

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return meets all of the criteria, your store credit will be processed, and an e-gift card will automatically be sent to your email within 2 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and at this time, and customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs except for in the case of a defective item within 30 days of purchase.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost packages.
